In 2017 we are raising money for two homelessness charities/causes: The Bus Rucksack Event Project 2, and The LifeHouse with an immersive art experience event that we are holding on Saturday 21st-Wednesday 25th October 2017 in the Horizon Suite at Action Stations. Put your mark on the art exhibition experience by attending one or more of our summer workshops!
We are currently looking for:
This is a great chance for young, aspiring, or already established artists to showcase their talents. We are looking for a range of artists to create an immersive display of one chapter from Alice in Wonderland. As much as possible we will provide resources and materials that you need for your creations.
If you don’t feel comfortable being in charge of creating a whole chapter yourself, but would like to get involved artistically, then we are looking for people who would like to be “assigned” to an artist to help them with their work. This will give aspiring artists a great opportunity to work with other like-minded people to create something amazing! We are also looking for volunteers to help set up and pack down, and man the exhibition when it is up and running.
Support our event
There are many ways you can support our event. The first and best way is to come along each year! Every year we push to create a better and more fantastic event than the year before.
We also hire out our crockery, props and scenery throughout the year to help raise money for our event. You can find out more information in our hire section, however please note that this is just a small selection of what we have available, so if you are organising a Mad Hatters/Alice in Wonderland or vintage themed event, please get in touch to find out what we have available.
We’re also always on the look out for sponsorship and donations for our event, and will be grateful for anything you are able to offer.
Please get in touch with Becki, on firstname.lastname@example.org or 07584662225 to discuss supporting our event in any way.
